History of Telecommunications Networks
(A) 1G (1979) is the first generation of telecommunications networks.
(B) In the 2G Digital Network (1991), along with messaging and travel roaming services, some improvements were introduced in 2.5G and 2.75G data services (GPRS and EDGE).
(C) 3G (1998) brought an improved mobile Internet experience with limited success, 3.5G truly bringing a mobile Internet experience, which opens up eco-system mobile apps.
(D) 4G (2008) network all-IP services (voice and data), with integrated network architecture and protocols, brought a fast broadband Internet experience. 4G LTE (for Long Term Evolution), data speed doubled starting in 2009.
(E) 5G networks extend broadband wireless services beyond mobile Internet to IoT and critical communications areas. 5G will be able to support all communication needs from low power, and local area networks (LANs) – such as home networks, for example, for wide area networks (WANs), with the correct latency (speed) settings.
What is 5G Technology
The full form of 5G is the Fifth generation. The next-generation telecom network (fifth generation or 5G) has begun to hold the end of the 2018 market and will continue to expand worldwide. 5G speeds will be at least 4 to 5 gigabytes a second.
After 5G technology, Internet users will start getting the high-speed density of data. Better coverage will be available, and mobile devices will also cost less battery. Work on this technology started in May 2013. China is the leader in the research and development of 5G technology. China has started work on the third phase of 5G. China Mobile Communications Corporation and Huawei Technologies Corporation Ltd. are at the forefront of this research.
How 5G technology works
5G is being designed in such a way that it will also be able to operate on the current LTE network (Long-Term Evolution). Most of its features will be able to operate on LTE-Advanced standards. According to an estimate, by the year 2024 -2025, one-third of the world’s population will get the benefit of the 5G network. 5G works on an entirely new radio spectrum band in the network.
Transmits a frequency, using 5G millimeter waves, which operate at 30GHz. Before that, it worked at 6GHz. Until now, this technique was used for the connection between satellite and radar systems. Although millimetre waves cannot easily pass through any building or any other solid object, due to this, 5G also has the advantage of small cells.
If we talk about 4G, then it can give you 100 megabytes, i.e., 100Mbps per second, while 5G is being said that it is going to come with a high speed of 10 Gigabytes per second. This means that if compared to 4G networks, the 5G network is going to be 100 times faster. This is going to be the highest internet speed ever.
The 5G technology is capable of operating in the “sub-6 band”, with frequencies typically between 3 GHz-6 GHz. Most current devices like mobiles, tablets, and laptops also operate at the same frequency, which has a very high reach.
These base stations also use massive MIMO. MIMO means Multiple Input and Multiple Output. If you have a home wireless router, it may be that MIMO works on technology, which means that it has a lot of antennas, which can easily work in coordination between many different devices. Massive MIMO is capable of using multiple antennas at the same base station. This network also becomes quite strong due to many other things.
However, due to the high traffic in this system, now researchers are thinking of using the above 6 GHz. He is set to work on the 24 GHz-300 GHz spectrums which are considered high-band. Experts also call it millimeter-wave (mmWave).
Future of 5G Mobile
TechArt said that about 1.5 million 5G Smartphones are expected to be sold in India in 2020, which will be about 1%of the Smartphone sales across the country. According to a report, 4G currently dominates the Indian market and will continue to be the dominant platform. Its subscriptions are expected to reach 5.4 billion in 2022. But by the end of 2025, its subscription is expected to come down to 4.8 billion, because by then the common people will have access to 5G. The number of 5G connections worldwide is expected to reach 2.6 billion by 2025, which will be around 29% of all mobile subscriptions.

1. Dangers from 5g network
This 5G technology, which claims to completely change the world, is being described as a major threat to the fauna. This important question about 5G had arisen when hundreds of birds suddenly died during testing in the Netherlands. Recently, news of the sudden death of hundreds of birds started spreading rapidly in Hague city of Netherlands.
According to a website, about 297 birds died during 5G testing in the Hague city. Of these, 150 birds died soon after the testing began. The radiation of 5G testing had such a bad effect that strange behaviour was observed in many herds of ducks in many ponds in the vicinity. She was repeatedly drowning her head in the water and coming out.
According to the information, during 5G testing, the radiofrequency radiation was 7.40 GHz. However, no official confirmation has been made about this. Earlier too, during the 5G testing in another city, many cows also came to know about the problem. It was reported that a flag of cows suddenly fell to the ground during 5G testing in Switzerland.
The Dutch Food and Consumer Products Safety Authority is testing these dead birds in Japan. The park in which these birds have died has been declared a completely restricted area and closed with immediate effect.
2. Dangers from 5g network

But many doctors in environmental affairs have warned that 5G technologies use electromagnetic radiation. It is very fast in the skin of living animals. This also increases the risk of cancer.
Many promoters of 5G claim that this will make data transfer much faster with technology and will also reduce energy and financial expenses. For this, radio frequency bands have to be used the highest. The number of mobile towers will start increasing as soon as the 5G network starts. This will also generate a large number of RF signals. In such a situation, the possibility of deteriorating health from radiation will also arise.
